60 Arabidopsis MPKKKs

Please note that:

- the SALK snapshots were taken on November 03 2004. New lines appear every day. Choose the best mutants. Remember that the site of the actual T-DNA insertion can be between 0 and 300 bp before the beginning of the arrow, so the "exon, intron, 5', 3'" indication is not very precise, and the orientation of the insertion is important if you want to increase the chance of picking up a real knock-out.

- I didn't check the GARLIC lines for all of the MAPKKKs. Cheri did. And the syngenta website for T-DNA search is no longer exist.

- they are in the order they appear on the TiPS paper (here).
